Use of a Whooya.net designed web site does not equate client ownership of the site. Client paid design fees cover design, posting and administration of the site. Ownership of the site and the associated intellectual property is held by Whooya.net until the site is purchased by the client or released to the client in writing by Whooya.net. Custom web based graphics, active-x controls or scripts; incorporating the clients trademark, created by Whooya.net, become property of the client and Whooya.net until such time as the site rights are purchased or the graphic is removed from the World Wide Web. No exceptions. Terminated clients/sites have 30 days to comply with the above terms.Piracy of Whooya.net's administered web servers or property is theft and legal action will be pursued.

Yearly hosting fees are not refundable if your account is terminated for violation of above terms or if the account is voluntarily transferred to another ISP or web host. Cancellation of Whooya.net's services must be requested in writing. Use of Whooya.net services in any form shall constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
